This Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been obtained from black-skinned olives harvested at the beginning of December.
It comes from the PICUAL variety. It is a smooth and balanced EVOO, sweet on the palate, with almond fruitiness and hints of tomato and kiwi. Suitable for raw use, and suitable for dressing confit and fried dishes.
Érebo is our EVOO at the end of the season, when the olive's fruitiness begins to be more subtle and with sweeter tones, the opposite of what happened in our ALBA type.
The tin container is ideal because it does not allow light to pass through, avoiding the deterioration of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Due to its size, it is very convenient to carry on long trips.
It is the recommended container when the transport has to cover long distances, since it is resistant to the possible blows that it could receive in the transshipments of the merchandise.
All our Extra Virgin Olive Oils come from the juice of olives harvested from our own olive groves. All the monitoring and care is carried out by qualified staff educated in environmental care. The main base of a good Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the care of the farmland and the tree that supports the olive: the olive tree.
