This Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been obtained from olives harvested at the beginning of November.
HOJIBLANCA Variety:This Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) , obtained from the HOJIBLANCA olive variety, is subtle in the mouth and very aromatic when smelling. Its flavours remind us of apple, fresh grass at dawn and green almonds. It is mildly bitter with a pleasant pungent sensation.
Because of its elegant flavours, this oil is recommended for adding taste to fresh or grilled vegetables. It is especially attrative in salads in combination with cheese, fruit or pasta.
Our Cénit type EVOO is an oil with great personality, but not as exuberant in green nuances as the ALBA type.
The tin container is ideal because it does not allow light to pass through, avoiding the deterioration of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Due to its size, it is very convenient to carry on long trips.
It is the recommended container when the transport has to cover long distances, since it is resistant to the possible blows that it could receive in the transshipments of the merchandise.
