MERGAOLIVA ORGANIC:

A well-structured, harmonious and persistent Picual single varietal.

On the nose it displays an intense fruity green olive fruitiness, full of energy and freshness. The green aromas of leaf, wood and almond stand out, together with vegetables such as green tomato and artichoke, and fresh fruits such as banana and apple peel, which give it an enormous aromatic complexity.

On the palate it is powerful and consistent with the olfactory sensation, medium bitterness and slightly more intense spiciness, with a clean finish of dried fruits.
