MERGAOLIVA "FIRST DAY OF HARVEST":

Intense green olive fruitiness, with great complexity and harmony between green and fruity notes, fig tree, olive leaf, tomato plant, complemented by sweeter aromas such as green banana and hints of aniseed.

On the palate, it is very structured and powerful, reminiscent of the aromas, but very balanced; medium bitterness and slightly more intense spiciness, with a clean finish of nuts.
