Sending the package:
Our shop calculates shipments for Spain. For services to other locations please contact us.
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via the carrier chosen on the order form, with a tracking number available from the time it is delivered to the transport agency. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.
Transport costs will be calculated on the basis of the total weight of the package and the final destination.
For orders over 70 Kgrs. please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with a transport offer.
The articles will be duly protected inside their boxes, but in the event of any defect or error in the order, there is the right to return them, the transport costs being borne by OLEOHIGUERA S.L. In this case, and for the above to be valid, the customer is obliged to inform of the fact within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, either by email to email@example.com or by calling our customer service telephone number 953530047.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you have 7 days (from the date of receipt) to return it. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. It is essential that the product is in good condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods have been received, checked that they match your order, and checked their condition, the amount will be refunded.
