Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from the picual variety, traditional olive grove and ORGANIC production.

It comes from olives of the picual variety. The olive grove is traditionally planted and organically grown.

The ripening of the fruit from which this EVOO was obtained was at the beginning of veraison (purple colour).

This product has been recognised as the best among the organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the province of Jaén, in Jaén selección 2021 (a competition organised by the Diputación de Jaén).

This distinguished oil is accompanied by this jute bag, ideal as a gift for our dearest loved ones.

TASTING NOTES:

Well-structured, harmonious and persistent Picual single variety.

In the nose it shows an intense fruity green olive fruitiness, full of energy and freshness. The green aromas of leaf, wood and almond stand out, together with vegetables such as green tomato and artichoke, and fresh fruits such as banana and apple peel, which give it an enormous aromatic complexity.

On the palate it is powerful and consistent with the olfactory sensation, medium bitterness and slightly more intense spiciness, with a clean finish of dried fruits.
